FEMA removed public access to its Community Disaster Resilience Zones (CDRZs) mapper on its website. CDRZ data has been archived, including the agency’s methodology and designations, as of Feb. 24, 2025ESRI has also produced a mapping tool based on archived CDRZ’s data.

Community Disaster Resilience Zones (CDRZ, pronounced ‘cee-dars’) is a designation program by FEMA to direct federal, public and private resources to the most at-risk and in-need jurisdictions and build resilience.
